The concept of Cyber security is protecting individuals or organisations from cybercrimes. Most people spend more time online or do their work online due to the pandemic. People often use the internet in everyday life for most purposes such as banking, shopping, social media, etc. Most employees use their company systems and connect with the company network remotely. Therefore, attackers get more opportunities to undertake attacks on people or businesses. A cyber security culture would act as a stimulus to change human attitudes and behaviours. The Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) is used to implement the system, the Theory of planned behaviour (TPB), and the Social Bond Theory (SBT) is used to conduct the research. In this research work, the mission is to implement a novel approach using computer technologies and artificial intelligence to build a knowledge base and develop an intelligent chatbot assistant and the system can send daily tips, recent threats, simulated dummy attacks, provide situational supports, contact, suggestions and guidelines, group chats and file sharing.
